BIOGRAPHY
During her musical training, Emma opted for a polyhedric approach that would lead her to perform both classical and flamenco styles. Her repertoire is a wide range from the Renaissance to contemporary creations, with an emphasis on the Spanish music.
She currently attends the «Robert Schumann Hochschule für Musik» (Master-Düsseldorf) and receives artistic guidance from Alexander Ramírez, Eduardo Inestal and Joaquín Clerch.
She obtained the «Honor Prize» at the end of her Professional Music Degree and the «Extraordinary Award for Interpretation in Classical and Contemporary Music» at the end of her Bachelor’s Degree in Liceu Conservatory (Barcelona) with the guidance from Guillem Pérez-Quer.
She has performed in various international venues such as: Gran Teatre del Liceu (Barcelona), Römermuseum (Xanten, Deutschland), Palau Sant Jordi (Barcelona), Auditori (Barcelona), Winzink Center (Madrid), Palau de la Música Catalana, Catalan’s Parlament, Ritterhaus in Helsinki (Finnland), among others.
She was awarded with the 1st Prize at the IV Vila-seca International Guitar Competition (2023) and the 1st Prize at the «Internationalen Jugendwettbewerb für Gitarre Jüchen» (2021), the 2nd Prize at «Hanse Guitar Cup» (2024) and in «Ciudad de Mula International Guitar Competition» (2022), the 3rd Prize at the International Youth Competition «José Tomás Villa de Petrer» (2023) and the 3rd Prize at «Ferran Sor» Interational Competition (2022).
She also received scholarships from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and the Ferrer – Salat Foundation (Spain). She is currently a scholarship holder of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
